Facial plastic surgery includes a range of procedures designed to restore function, address the effects of ageing, correct congenital or acquired concerns, and improve facial harmony. Common facial procedures include:

• Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery): Removes excess skin and tissue from the upper and/or lower eyelids. In addition to improving eyelid contour, upper eyelid surgery may improve the visual field where excess skin interferes with vision.
• Facelift and Neck Lift: Address skin laxity and underlying soft tissue descent associated with ageing, restoring support to the lower face and neck while maintaining natural facial proportions.
• Rhinoplasty: Reshapes the nose to address structural concerns, congenital differences or changes following injury. Where appropriate, rhinoplasty can also improve nasal airflow and breathing.
• Otoplasty and Earlobe Repair: Correct prominent ears, torn ear lobes and other structural concerns affecting the appearance or function of the ear.

Facial procedures are frequently combined where appropriate. For example, Blepharoplasty may be performed alongside a Facelift or Neck Lift, while Facial Fat Transfer can be used to restore volume where age-related or congenital soft tissue loss forms part of the treatment plan.
