Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions differ by procedure – outpatient or inpatient – so please refer to the detailed information you receive upon booking an appointment.

It is important that you follow the aftercare instructions you are given.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your outpatient procedure so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Surgical patients will be given a specific arrival time.

If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, although there may be times that a late arrival causes a briefer consultation time, the need for rescheduling or a possible cancellation of your appointment.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment, please can you let us know a minimum of 48 weekday hours ahead of your outpatient appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. We would be grateful if you could make us aware as early as possible to allow us enough time to offer your appointment to another patient on our waiting list and maintain the level of our service.

Children (under 18s)

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission to provide surgery, treatment and diagnostic tests for children aged 0-18 years old, with appropriate consent from an adult.

We choose not to perform cosmetic surgery procedures on children or adults younger than 18 years old unless agreed with a referring GP and other relevant health professionals.
