Patient Feedback

We develop and improve our services in conjunction with feedback from you, our patients, our team and our local GP network, to help us deliver the care that you need.

Every surgical patient is given a paper survey to complete:

• 100% of surgical patients who responded to our survey said they would recommend us to their Family and Friends in 2025

Every outpatient appointment is sent a digital survery to complete:

• 95% of 1504 outpatients who completed a survey rated us 5* in 2025

 

Complaints & Issues

• We received 23 formal complaints in 2025 (0.1% of patient appointments in 2025) and responded to 100% within ISCAS deadlines
• 121 minor issues were reported in 2025 (0.4% of patient appointments in 2025)

 

Patient Satisfaction (Patient Reported Outcome Measures (Q-PROMS)

• Q-PROMS are an externally developed and validated method to capture a patient's satisfaction on the results of their surgery
• We ask patients to fill in a quantitative survey before their operation, and another after their operation. 
• The difference between the two scores is their health improvement score
• Different QPROMs questionnaires are designed for different cosmetic procedures, as each surgery is aimed at addressing different concerns  

 

 

 

Infections

• We had 2 infections following a surgical procedure at the Clinic in 2025 (0.01% of procedures)
• The national HCAI average is 4.7% (British Medical Journal) 

 

Delays

• On average our full operating theatres days ended 2 minutes after their scheduled endpoints in 2025 leading to minimal patient delays

 

Surgical Revisions

• Our overall surgical revision rate was 0.8% in 2025
• Revisions rates are commonly reported at ~10%  (American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, 2022) with variation between procedures 

 

Surgical Returns to Theatre

• 14 cases required unplanned returns to theatre in 2025 (0.6% of procedures)
• There is limited comparative data on unplanned Returns to Theatre in cosmetic surgery  

 

Incidents 

• We recorded 0 ‘never events’ in 2025
• We recorded 0 incidents requiring reporting to the CQC in 2025
• We recorded 3 medicine incidents requiring reporting to the Home Office in 2025
• We recorded 0 incidents requiring reporting to a statutory body other than the CQC or Home Office (GMC, police, courts) in 2025
• We recorded 66 incidents/accidents involving staff and patients in 2025 (0.1% of patient appointments)
