Mr Mohsen El Gammal is a Consultant Surgeon with over 25 years of experience specialising in breast procedures. At Cadogan Clinic, his work focuses on gender reassignment procedures. Since starting in this field in 2008, Mr El Gammal has performed over 1,000 gender-affirming procedures.
Mr El Gammal believes in a patient-centred, holistic approach to the care he provides. He ensures that all care and treatment is designed with maximum safety and efficacy in mind at every stage.
Outside his private practice, Mr El Gammal is an NHS Consultant Breast Surgeon at Medway Maritime Hospital. He performs a range of reconstructive breast procedures, and specialises in the treatment of breast cancer and benign breast diseases.
Additionally, Mr El Gammal contributes to academic and clinical research. He has previously been an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Kalamoon in Syria and has had his research published in numerous medical journals.
