How do I get rid of fat?

There are a number of ways you can burn fat as part of a healthy lifestyle, but the most effective ways are simply modifying your diet and increasing the amount of exercise you do.

Cutting out sugary drinks, cutting down on refined carbs, increasing fibre intake, consuming probiotics and eating more ‘healthy fats’, such as avocados, nuts and seeds, can all help towards healthy weight loss. Healthy fats can also lead to decreased belly fat.
