Mr Chummun is the current British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (BAAPS)/ Scar Free Foundation Aesthetic Fellow based at the Cadogan Clinic. Having gone through a comprehensive training in plastic and aesthetic surgery, he decided to undertake this fellowship to fine tune his expertise in aesthetic surgery.
Mr Shaheel Chummun is a fully trained plastic surgeon with over 13 years of experience in this field. Following his plastic surgery specialist training in the South West of England, he completed further super-specialist training in Craniofacial surgery at the world renowned Australian Craniofacial Unit, Adelaide and Cleft Lip and Palate surgery at Guys’ and St Thomas’ Hospital, London.
Mr Chummun has been awarded a Masters in Advanced Surgery in Craniofacial surgery by the Macquarie University, Sydney. During that time, he won the Ethics prize for his Masters. He has over 35 publications in peer reviewed surgical journals. He has presented at numerous national and international scientific conferences.

The Cadogan Clinic is a UK Centre of Excellence in Cosmetic Surgery, delivering research and advanced training in the field of aesthetic procedures.
The Clinic offers a full-funded plastic surgery fellowship to fellows selected by the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (BAAPS) and the Scar Free Foundation. These fellows are fully trained Plastic Surgeons who come to work alongside our world-class consultants. Alongside their research, the fellows will also gain experience carrying out their own surgery under the direct supervision of the clinic founder, Bryan Mayou, or one of the other specialist Cosmetic Surgeons at the clinic.
This fellowship allows the Cadogan Clinic to provide its pioneering surgery at a reduced price, when delivered by the fellows. The standards of the Cadogan Clinic are maintained through the direct supervision of our experienced surgeons, including our clinic founder, Mr Bryan Mayou.
There will be a fee for a Consultant-led appointment.
