What does the boob job procedure look like?

The most common procedure used to improve the size, shape and fullness of the breasts is through a surgical implant, which is a medical prosthesis placed into the breast. The procedure takes an hour on average and is performed under general anaesthesia. There are different types of implants, such as saline implants which are filled with a sterile saline solution and silicone gel-filled implants, which consist of a silicone outer shell filled with a silicone gel. We only use FDA-approved silicone implants at the Cadogan Clinic.

How much is breast enlargement finance?

Breast enlargement finance costs vary by provider and by the specific plan you choose. Breast enlargement finance costs are largely dependent on the size of the down payment and the number of months comprising the repayment plan. You should speak to one of our patient advisors who can help talk you through your options, but generally the higher the down payment and the swifter the repayment, the cheaper the plan.

Is it worth getting breast implants?

The majority of patients are satisfied with their breast implants due to the boost in self-confidence it brings them. The size, shape and appearance of the breasts are changed for the better, bringing patients a sense of pride and comfort. There are few downsides to breast implants, though one of which is the very rare chance for potential health risks to developing and the short recovery period where slight discomfort and fatigue may be experienced.

Words from our clients:

Can you get a boob job on the NHS?

Due to the nature of a boob job (breast implant), it is highly unlikely you will be able to get one on the NHS and instead will have to go privately. Because of this, you are likely to receive faster care and the ability to reach your intended goal sooner.

What to consider before getting a boob job

Firstly knowing what type of breast implant you desire, along with being familiar with how long it'll last and your anticipated goal coming out of the surgery are all important considerations to take into account.

Finding the right, qualified surgeon is also vital as they will be behind the success of your breast implant. The Cadogan Clinic is ready to help answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding the treatment, its costs and the recovery process involved. We are happy to provide patients with detailed information on our pricing, the procedure and recovery process. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us via the contact form on our website.
