What is the difference between stem cell treatments and PRP?

PRP is a procedure where Platelet Rich Plasma (growth factor derived from the patient’s blood) is injected into the patient’s skin to repair damage  and promote healthy skin.

Stem cells are derived from the patient’s fat, which produce growth factors. Stem cells are used to restore volume, smooth lines and wrinkle and regenerate the skin, with anti-ageing results.

PRP treatments need to be repeated in order to achieve and maintain results, whereas stem cell treatments are a one off procedure.
