Recent figures suggest that in the last ten years, the number of so-called ‘designer vagina’ procedures have have risen five fold. The NHS will only carry out labiaplasty treatments when there is pain involved, or a very obvious deformity. Cosmetic clinics nationwide have seen a surge of requests from young women interested in this procedure.
