Mr Cavale talks ageing necks with the Mail on Sunday

Following the transformation of Judy Murray’s neck, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon Mr Naveen Cavale explains how the platysma muscle (the muscle from the chest to the neck and jaw) folds as we age. This creates duvet-like creases, forming bands which start to show through the skin, which is up to 50% thinner than facial skin, causing the “turkey neck” appearance.
