LipoSonix (High Intensity Focused ultrasound)

The Cadogan Clinic is proud to be one of only two sites in the UK to offer the LipoSonix treatment: an effective, non-invasive, non-surgical liposuction procedure that can help reduce:

• Areas of fat that are very difficult to reduce from your abdomen, without surgery.
• Areas of fat on your waistline that resist your efforts with diet and exercise.

Clinical studies of this non-invasive liposuction procedure show an average of 2.8 cm waistline reduction after a single one hour treatment – similar or equal to one dress or trouser size. Results are typically seen in 8 to 12 weeks. Individual results may vary.

The LipoSonix Procedure

LipoSonix is a non-surgical liposuction treatment that is customised to your specific needs, so the cost will vary. In general, the cost is comparable to the cost of similar non-invasive procedures and less expensive than liposuction surgery.

Appropriate candidates for non-invasive liposuction:

• Must be able to pinch-an-inch of fat on their abdomen.
• Have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or less.
• Must have good skin tone with no skin folds.
• Must exhibit a good overall health.
• Must have realistic expectations about results.

The LipoSonix treatment is not:

• A way to reduce a large amount of fat or to lose weight.
• A replacement for liposuction surgery.
