You will be made to feel welcome from the moment you walk through the striking Georgian entrance. Our priority is your well-being, and you will be treated with the highest level of care and personal attention.
Discretion and privacy are assured, and you will be made to feel at ease by our highly professional staff throughout your visit, from the luxurious waiting room to our highly specified clinical area.
On arriving for treatment, you will be taken to the private admissions room where the nurse will attend to all relevant admissions procedures. You will then be escorted to the clinical area to see your consultant prior to the commencement of treatment. A private changing area will be made available to you for post treatment relaxation, and the nurse will attend to your needs prior to discharge from the clinic.
As The Cadogan Clinic has been purpose built, we are able to accommodate all your needs in a comfortable, relaxing environment.
In many other clinics, you might see a nurse before an appointment with a consultant is made. The Cadogan Clinic offers patients a consultation directly with a consultant.
The pre-admission nurse will contact you by telephone prior to your surgery to carry out a pre-operative risk assessment to identify if you are entirely fit for your procedure. A pre-operative risk assessment establishes that you are fully informed and wish to undergo the procedure. It also ensures that you are fit enough to undergo the surgery and anaesthetic.
At the appointed time you will be escorted to the clinical area and see your consultant prior to the commencement of your treatment. A private area in the ambulatory care unit will be made available to you for post treatment relaxation. A nurse who will attend to your needs staffs this area. Should your treatment require sedation, you will spend the immediate post treatment period in the recovery area under the supervision of your recovery nurse and anaesthetist before leaving.
